Order Confirmation & Delivery Timeline

• Once you place an order on our website, our customer care team will contact you via phone within 24 hours to confirm your order.
• After confirmation, your order will be delivered within 24–48 hours.
• We provide nationwide home delivery within 48–72 hours of confirmation.

Payment Terms

• No advance payment is required when placing your order.
• No courier charge is taken in advance – you only pay when the product is delivered.

Instant Return at Delivery

• We offer a "Check & Receive" policy. You can open and inspect the product in front of the delivery person.
• If you find any issue during the inspection, you can instantly return the product to the delivery agent without paying any delivery charge.
• Please ensure the product is checked in front of the delivery person to be eligible for instant return.

Delivery Charges

🔹 Small Parcels (Up to 1 kg):

• Inside Dhaka: ৳60
• Outside Dhaka: ৳120 (Any district in Bangladesh)

🔹 Large Parcels (Over 1 kg):

Charges vary based on the weight of the parcel.

• First 1 kg: ৳60
• Every additional kg: ৳20
• Example: 3 kg = 60 + 20 + 20 = ৳100

• First 1 kg: ৳120
• Every additional kg: ৳30
• Example: 3 kg = 120 + 30 + 30 = ৳180
