Return Policy
We accept two types of returns:
1. Instant Return (During Delivery):
- If you are not satisfied with the product at the time of delivery, you can return it immediately to the delivery agent at no extra charge.
2. Post-Delivery Return:
- If you decide to return the product after receiving it, the product must be unused and intact.
- You need to send the product back via courier at your own cost.
- A nominal charge for delivery and packaging will apply.
- Once we receive the returned product and verify its condition, we will initiate a refund.

Missing Item in Parcel: If any product from your order is missing, you can choose to:
- Return the whole parcel, or
- Accept the remaining items by paying only for the received products.
